  • Australian engineered to meet Australian conditions:
    • Operating range of up to 50°C DB for cooling and -10°C DB for heating (for R410a).
    • Operating range of up to 46°C DB for cooling and -10°C DB for heating (for R22).
       
  • High quality two speed outdoor fans supplied as standard:
    • Medium static option also available.
       
  • 3 speed indoor fan for direct drive type.
     
  • Various pulley and belt drive combinations for belt drive type indoor fan available on request.
     
  • Innovative design features: 
    • Louvre hail guard to protect the condenser coil from the elements and mechanical damage. 
    • Interlaced evaporator coil for full face cooling on 2 stage systems. 
    • Durable powder coating to minimise corrosion. 
    • Robust 60-80 micron powder coat paint Salt Spray tested to AS/NZ standards. 
    • Vertical Air Discharge as standard. Maximizes performance by discharging hot air in summer and cold air in winter, away from the outdoor unit.
    • Reliable Copeland scroll compressor.

Hercules™ PKV1400 (30-140kW) and PKV1700 (42-169kW)

Once in a while, something new comes along that completely redefines its class. Hercules™, the most advanced range of variable capacity reverse cycle packaged units ever engineered in Australia. With an IEER of 5.45* and up to 50 percent more efficient than the minimum BCA compliant system, Hercules™ promises energy savings far in excess of current packaged systems.

Hercules™ has the ability to control the temperature within ±0.3°C of the set point. Additionally, the VAV option can connect to third party VAV boxes to deliver improved comfort levels and even further energy savings.

Tri-Capacity™ (47-96kW)

The Tri-Capacity™ Series from ActronAir® is Australian engineered and features new technology that delivers a combination of superior performance, energy efficiency, flexibility of design and installation time savings.

Energy usage is reduced through both the Tri-Capacity™ compressor operation and the incorporation of a high efficiency EC plug fan. The Tri-Capacity™ compressor configuration is unique in its class and delivers 3 steps of cooling and heating with only 2 compressors which allows the system to operate at 33%, 67% or 100% of capacity. Not only does this improve seasonal energy efficiency through fewer adjustments, it also results in less cyclic degradation and improved end user comfort.

The EC plug fan uses significantly less energy versus traditional belt and pulley commercial air conditioners. The backward curve is non-overloading for maximum durability and results in lower life cycle costs. These plug fans also offer greater flexibility in supply and return air configurations.
