Mitsubishi Split Systems

Mitsubishi Electric's range of wall mounted reverse cycle split system air conditioners includes inverter and non-inverter models, suitable for single rooms through to larger open plan living areas. As a leader in air conditioning technology, Mitsubishi Electric has introduced new features such as Plasma Duo filter systems, i-see Sensor and Catechin filters.

Signature Series

The NEW Mitsubishi Electric Signature Series is a wall-mounted system that blends energy efficiency with a sophisticated, streamlined design. Combining an impressively low power consumption with a quiet, yet powerful performance, units have a distinctively styled front panel that not only looks appealing, but also helps to make cleaning of the unit easier.

Designed to complement modern interior decor and suitable for a wide range of applications, Signature Series units blend in naturally wherever they are installed and are available in three striking colours; black, silver and white.

The streamlined wall-mounted units have elegant silver-beveled edges, expressing sophistication and quality. Combining impressively low power consumption and yet quite powerful performance, these units provide best match scenario for diverse interior designs while simultaneously ensuring maximum room and energy savings. Other features include:

  • Quiet Operation - the Signature Series indoor units feature a silent mode fan speed setting that provides near silent operation as low as 21dBA (sizes 25/35).
     
  • Weekly Timer - utilising a stylish infra-red remote controller, all Signature indoor units feature a built in weekly timer for complete control at all times.
     
  • Filter - the Signature series are equipped with nano platinum filter. This filter incorporates nanometre-sized platinum-ceramic particles that generate stable antibacterial and deodorising effects.

MSZ-FB Series

The MSZ-FB Series F-Inverter split system air conditioner combines energy efficiency, quiet operation and advanced air filtration for the ultimate in room comfort. For the ultimate in clean air conditioning, Mitsubishi Electric has created the deluxe inverter split system. These models feature the unique moving i-See Sensor, one of the most advanced temperature sensors on the market. The i-See Sensor constantly scans the floor level temperature seeking out hot or cold spots and automatically directs the airflow to correct the temperature.

The units also see the introduction of the Plasma Duo Filter System, which improves air quality and removes chemical substances from the atmosphere of a home. Mitsubishi Electric has also continued its application of sleek design, recognising that air conditioning units should be unobtrusive and visually pleasing in the domestic environment.

With the latest inverter technology, energy efficiency is improved by about 13% in cooling operation and heating operation from the "FA" (25 class). This contributes to further reduction in product power consumption. Other features include:

  • Auto Front Panel - opens and closes when the unit is turned on and off. When closed it provides a smart and sleek visual appearance.
     
  • Area Setting - set the target area to improve energy efficiency; heat or cool the whole room, or just one side.

  • Quick Clean Design - the front panel is easily detached and the air flow vents can be opened without special tools, making cleaning a breeze.

  • Quiet Operation - some models operate as quietly as 20 dB(A).

MSZ-GE Series

High efficiency Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle inverter heat pump air conditioning units featuring stylish design and ultra quiet operation. The MSZ-GE Series is a popular choice of split system air conditioning providing convenient features and reliability Mitsubishi Electric is well known for.   • Elegant Stylish Design - features a simple ergonomic square shape and pure white colour that blends in with a greater range of interior designs.
     
  • High Efficiency Inverter Saves Energy - advanced inverter technology gently increases or decreases power to suit the prevailing conditions reaching the desired temperature quicker, more efficiently without severe temperature fluctuations.
     
  • i-save Mode - the "i-save" mode is a simplified setting function that recalls the preferred (preset) temperature at the press of a button on the remote controller. The function ensures the most suitable air conditioning settings are used contribute to reduced power consumption.
